AudCraft is operated by Yash Bhatia, based in Faridabad, India. Write to hello@audcraft.com about anything on this page.

• Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form. Nothing else on this page collects anything from you.
• How the page is used — which sections are read, which buttons are clicked, roughly where visitors come from.
• Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP addresses, as every web server does.

There are no accounts, no payments and no uploads on this site. We do not ask for your name, your show, or anything else.

These are the only companies that receive any of it:

• Loops — stores the waitlist and sends the emails. Your address goes to them when you submit the form.
• PostHog — page views and a few interaction events. Run cookie-less: no cookies, no local storage, no identifier that follows you between visits.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replay and heatmaps, so we can see where the page confuses people. Clarity does set cookies. Anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. You can opt out for every site at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
• Vercel — hosts the page and keeps the usual server logs.

We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Your email is held on your consent, given when you submit the form. The usage measurement rests on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the page works, which is why it is kept coarse and cookie-less on our side.

Your email stays on the waitlist until you leave it, or until the waitlist closes and you have been invited. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you. Analytics data is kept for as long as the tools above retain it under their own policies.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the EU, the UK or India, this is your right under the GDPR and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act; we will do it regardless of where you live.

Email hello@audcraft.com and we will act on it. There is no form to fill in.

When AudCraft opens properly there will be accounts, billing and uploaded audio, and this notice will be replaced with one that covers them. Until then, any change here updates the date at the top of the page.
